Absolutely Outstanding – Noonan Design | Build
After hearing horror stories from friends about their renovation experiences, we were nervous about starting our own project and selecting design and construction firm(s). Finding Dan & Joanna felt like striking gold. From the very beginning, they were thoughtful, attentive, and incredibly creative. They truly listened to us, brought fresh ideas to the table, and helped us think ahead so we wouldn’t miss a single detail while planning for the future needs of our family.
Their commitment to quality above all else was evident every step of the way. They were on-site daily, managing a tight, efficient process and ensuring everything ran smoothly. Every contractor they brought in was top-notch and spoke highly of working with them — a true testament to the respect they’ve earned in the industry.
They were transparent with budget details from the very beginning, and their forecast was right on target throughout the project. As an integrated design-build team, they made changes easy and seamless — no bouncing between architects, designers, and contractors. Everything was coordinated and efficient with an eye for design, beauty and livability. Every element down to outlets was thought about for function, access and visibility.
What impressed us most was how they helped us discover our design aesthetic from almost nothing. They guided us through decisions, narrowed down options, and always welcomed our feedback. We had input and choices, but without spending every weekend in stores. The result? A home that leaves us speechless — it’s everything we dreamed of and more and we can't believe it's ours.
Dan & Joanna are meticulous, professional, and genuinely care about their clients. They never cut corners, stayed on budget and on time, and treated our home like it was their own. We can’t recommend them highly enough. If you’re lucky enough to work with them, you’re in the best hands possible.

Our house turned into a Home because of Joanna and Dan! My husband and I had a vision in mind on how we wanted to transform our new house, but we didn’t know what steps to take. Having the Noonan’s help guide us with all their expertise, knowledge, and subs made this process seamless. We luckily didn’t have too many “shocks” while digging everything up, but when something did turn up, the Noonan’s were right by our sides walking us through the best approach and the fastest resolution. Architect, design, and GC all in one. Such a win! Dan and Joanna were amazing to work with. They helped us take our vague home expansion dreams and turn them into reality.
